

About the Role
The resident manager oversees daily activities on the property including front desk operations, reservations, customer service and concierge.
Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and Customer satisfaction.
Oversees property maintenance function.
Ensures that the project's milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Reports to the lodge owner, manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Requirements
Must live on-site
2 years Customer Service Experience required
Post-Secondary Education in related field
Computer experience is required
Valid Driver's License
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
